UK Show Debut For Serama Bantams! Saturday 5th May 2007 saw a Uk first. A whole class of serama bantams competing at Oswestry show! Although seramas have been shown in the Uk before they have always been relegated to AOV bantams and competed against other breeds. At this debut event 14 seramas were exhibited in their very own class among the other 800+ exhibits at Oswestry show. The birds performed well and charmed all who saw them attracting a lot of positive attention for both the breed and the breed club-The Serama Bantam Cub Of Great Britain. The breed club (established April 2006) has been making great progress on the Serama Bantams behalf with a fast growing membership all commited to furthering the interests of the serama bantam in the uk. mrs J Cable (treasurer of the SCGB)
